2024 ASF and Cropping Officer Training

BPS-Statistics Konawe Selatan Regency has conducted a training process for ASF and Cropping officers on December 3-6, 2024, at Fortune Hotel Kendari. Acting as Inda were Hans Handiar, S.Tr.Stat. and Ary Sutrisno, S.P.

This activity was attended by 19 participants, opened and closed by the Head of BPS-Statistics Konawe Selatan Regency, Hasyuril Hadini, SE.

The objectives of the ASF survey activities include:

1. Improving the data collection method to be more objective by involving the role of technology in it.
2. Produce data on rice and corn that is objective and modern, as well as more accurate and timely.
3. Refreshing material aims to refresh the knowledge of officers and provide affirmation related to the development of concepts & definitions in ASF surveys.

The objectives of the Cropping survey include:

1. Obtaining information on productivity (yield per hectare) of rice and secondary crop commodities and other supporting information, such as coordinates of the location of the sample, planting method, planting system, jajar legowo planting system, fertilizer use, pest control, and others.
2. Applying an online data collection system with integrated survey management starting from data collection, validation, monitoring (tabulation), and subsegment sampling
